WHEN GIVEN A CHANCE, model-turned-actor Gil Cuerva would love to pursue modeling internationally, he told this blogger in an interview earlier today at GMA Network.
But that is if he would go back to modeling. Right now, Cuerva said he is happy with the support given to him by the Kapuso network. Cuerva rose to stardom after he was paired with award-winning actress Jennylyn Mercado in the Philippine adaptation of hit Koreanovela, ‘My Love from the Star’ in 2017. The drama comedy romantic fantasy series ended mid-August last year after 55 episodes.

The actor is among the select GMA artists who are currently undergoing workshop with New York-based acting coach Anthony Bova to which Cuerva is thankful for. Workshops like this as a form of support and investments given by the network play a big role in honing their crafts as artists, Cuerva added.
The model-actor was last seen in ‘My Guitar Princess’ with Julie Ann San Jose, which aired from May 2018 till July 2018. Asked on his future projects, Cuerva said he’s still waiting for the heads up from the network.
